“An Account of all the Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly and Particular Meetings of the Friends of America, 1772”
This anonymously written volume provides a list of every meeting held in Colonial United States in 1772. Entries include the locations and dates of the yearly and quarterly meetings, and each entry for a monthly meeting includes a list of the particular meetings belonging to that monthly meeting. Meetings for Rhode Island, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland. The volume includes an index for the meetings at the back.
Joshua L. Baily notes on quaker meetings
This collection is comprised of Joshua Baily's notes on the Philadelphia Yearly Meeting, as well as various Quarterly meetings. The collection includes Baily's original handwritten notes, a volume of typed notes compiled later, and related materials, such as letters and extracts of sermons.

"John Comly and Philadelphia Yearly Meeting, 1827-1828." The manuscript was copied from the original by one of Comly's grandsons. The original manuscript was written for "Rupp's History of the Religious Denominations of the United States" in Byberry Friends' Library.

This collection consists of one volume of Mark Balderston's notes for the Monthly Meeting of Philadelphia for the Northern District during the year 1878. It includes a list of members at that time, an index, along with minutes (unknown whether the minutes are original or copied).

This collection is comprised of a single folder of miscellaneous papers related to the Philadelphia Yearly Meeting. The collection includes three handwritten pages of journal fragments, a handwritten interview with George Keith, as reported to PYM (1692), a photocopy and typed transcript of the PYM Declaration of Beliefs, three handwritten pages of minutes for the PYM Meeting for Suffering, and a typed informal report concerning Emergency Service Work (1917).
