Scope and Contents This collection contains materials relating to the Shipley and Strawbridge families of Philadelphia. Much of the collection is made up of scrapbooks and photograph albums from the 1890s through the 1970s. In addition to these scrapbooks and albums, the collection also includes a large amount of correspondence, personal papers, photographs, and diaries from members of the Strawbridge and Shipley families.
