S. This collection contains a letter sent to Miriam Loughborough Vail by Martha C. Parker (her mother) and Anna Maria Vail (her younger sister) in 1846. The letter was recieved by Miriam Loughborough Vail when she was a student at Westtown School. The letter describes her mother's hopes that living at Westtown School is satisfactory. Her sister elaborates in the letter by sending her support and love to Miriam.
